一、社保的延续The continuation of Social Security

满足了以上三条条件的外籍华人，在回到中国就业并重新参加基本养老保险后，其新、老养老保险关系可以进行接续，个人账户可以进行合并，且回中国后再次参保缴费的年限与出国前的缴费年限进行累计计算。

二、注意事项Matters need attention

由于外籍华人再次回到中国就业并重新参加社保基础养老保险时，使用的身份证件是外国护照，与出国前参与社保使用中国身份证有所不相同。因此，部分城市会额外要求提供可证明现国籍身份与以往中国身份为同一人的证明文件。

三、社保养老金的领取 Draw social security / pension

参加基本养老保险且缴费年限达到15年;

外籍华人可以选择在中国养老，并按月领取基本养老金；也可以选择在中国境外按月领取养老金，但应当至少每年向负责支付其养老金的社会保险经办机构提供一次由中国驻外使、领馆出具的生存证明，或者由居住国有关机构公证、认证并经中国驻外使、领馆认证的生存证明。
